Peptivault ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates the website https://peptivault.co (the "Site") and all related services. All products sold through this Site are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or therapeutic application.
The information and products provided through the Services are not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation. Those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so at their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics, as well as the Peptivault name, logo, and marks. These are protected by applicable intellectual property and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No part of the Services may be reproduced, republished, or exploited for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.

We accept payment exclusively in cryptocurrency. Accepted currencies are USDC and ETH on the Ethereum network. All transactions are final. By sending payment to our wallet address, you acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and agree that you are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address.
We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect wallet addresses or lost as a result of user error. All prices are listed in US dollars. USDC payments are accepted at face value. ETH payments are accepted at the current market rate at the time of order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion and issue a refund where applicable.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if an independent third-party purity test returns a result of under 97% purity for any product purchased from us, and you provide verifiable proof of that result, we will issue a full refund for the affected product. Refund requests must be submitted to research@peptivault.co with supporting documentation.
If your order does not arrive within 6 weeks of confirmed payment, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
The majority of our peptides ship within 1 business day of order confirmation via USPS First Class mail in plain, discreet packaging with no identifying information on the outside. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Some orders may take longer — if so, the customer will be notified directly. Any order that does not reach its destination will be reshipped at no charge. Tracking information will be provided where available.

When submitting a review, you confirm you have firsthand experience with the products reviewed. Reviews must not contain offensive, abusive, or misleading content. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any review at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove content from the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by interruptions or modifications to the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution via written notice. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any dispute proceeding in court rather than arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. You waive the right to participate in class action litigation in connection with use of the Services.
The Services and all products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Services. All products are for research use only. No medical claims are made or implied.
In no event shall Peptivault, its officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services, including any misuse of those products.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Peptivault and its affiliates from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
We maintain order and contact information you provide for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase. You are responsible for any data you transmit to us. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Peptivault regarding your use of the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Peptivault shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including postal delays, customs delays, or lost shipments.
