USDC is the easiest option since you send the exact dollar amount with no conversion needed. Once we confirm your payment on our end, we process and ship your order. That is it.
The majority of our peptides ship within 1 business day of order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Some orders may take longer — if so, we will notify you directly. Any order that does not reach its destination will be reshipped at no charge. All orders ship via USPS First Class in plain, discreet packaging with no identifying information on the outside.
We accept USDC and ETH on the Ethereum network only. USDC is recommended since you send the exact dollar amount shown at checkout with no price conversion required. Do not send any other assets to our wallet address as they cannot be recovered.
We encourage our customers to independently test the purity of their vials. Any verified test returning under 99% purity with proof is subject to a full refund. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request.
If an independent purity test returns under 99% with verifiable proof, we will issue a full refund. Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns. If your order does not arrive within 6 weeks of your payment being confirmed, contact us and we will make it right.
