We source every order fresh to ensure maximum potency and purity. Rather than sitting in a warehouse, your peptides are procured specifically for your order and verified before shipping. This process takes a little longer, but the quality is worth it.

How It Works

Payment Confirmed

Once your cryptocurrency payment is verified on the blockchain, your order enters processing immediately.

The majority of our peptides ship within 1 business day of order confirmation. Some orders may take longer — if so, we will notify you directly.

Step 03

Shipped to You

Your order ships via USPS First Class in plain, discreet packaging. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

The majority of our peptides ship within 1 business day of order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Some orders may take longer — if so, we will notify you directly. Any order that does not reach its destination will be reshipped at no charge.

Shipping Method

All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking information will be provided where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Packaging

Every order is shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no branding, product names, or identifying information on the outside. The return address will not reference Peptivault in any way. Your privacy is taken seriously at every step.

Domestic Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping is $17.99 flat per order. Orders over $200 qualify for free domestic shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

Payment and Processing

Important: All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDC or ETH) and are final and non-refundable. Your order will not enter processing until payment is confirmed on the blockchain. Crypto transactions are irreversible. Please double-check the wallet address and amount before sending.

Order Issues

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of shipment, contact us and we will reship at no charge. If a product arrives damaged or does not meet our purity standards as verified by independent third-party testing, we will issue a full refund. See our Terms of Service for the full refund policy.

We Do Not Ship To

We currently ship to domestic US addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
